We asked our customers what they like about us...

We love our customers! We think it is important to talk to our customers and find out what it is they like about us and what they look for when buying a card.

So our first port of call was loyal Hickory Dickory Designs' customer Heidi. She has been buying from us from the very start and we had a few questions for her.

1. How did you first hear about Hickory Dickory Designs?

Through google. I was looking for a name plate for my niece, she was 2 then and is 11 now! I've bought them for almost every friend who has had a baby ever since and they are always much admired and appreciated. When our daughter was born I was delighted to get one as a present!

2. What was it about the brand that you liked?

The high quality and beautiful product. There was always a speedy and reliable service as well.

3. What is your favourite product and why?

Name plaques! They are the ideal gift!!!

4. What do you think makes a good greetings card?

Something simple. Not too flowery or wordy!
